NRLA AST template question
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I have used the NRLA AST template for HMO's. It is a fixed term 6 month AST. Tenant only paid the first month and has failed to pay the next two months. 
 

What I am trying to understand is if the NRLA template has any clauses in it where I can serve a section 21 sooner that the usual 4 months?
