At the start of the tenancy property had no drive, tenant asked if they could remove the hedges and add slabs for a drive (dropped kerb already there), we informed if this was completed correctly then that was ok. It wasn't completed correctly and slabs have now broken and dips in original garden. They now want us to sort, where do I stand one this?
