Section 8 - Grounds 1 - I want to move back in to my property
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi Everyone,

My case is that I need to give notice to my tenants as I wish to move my family back into the property.

I have a few questions

  1. Can I use Section 8 - Grounds 1
    Ground 1: The Landlord requires possession as he used to occupy the property as his main home or he now wishes to occupy the property as his main home.
  2. Do I need to provide proof of any kind
  3. Should I do Section 21 at the same time
