I have a tenant that has just moved out, and she was a bit of a nightmare towards the end with attitude and behaviour, causing me a few problems.

She's left the flat and it's in good-ish condition but she has left 7 command hooks stuck to the wall. It was professionally painted before she moved in. I don't want to remove them without know the situation with deposit, as I might damage the wall when removing them.

Just wanting to know if anyone had a similar situation and it went to dispute. Can I take some money from her deposit as it says no wall hangings in the contract but no damage has been done as not removed? Thoughts and views welcome, thanks.
