Certificate of service N215 question
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi everyone

I have a few questions with regards to the Certificate of service N215. I will be posting the S21 by unsigned recorded first class post.

  1. In the question 'On what day did you serve?' do i put the date that I posted
  2. 'The date of service is' not sure what that means
  3. 'What documents did you serve? Please attach copies of the documents you have not already filed with the court'
    Not sure what documents they refer to.
