3mc was established in 1996 and has been trading in the mortgage market for over 25 years.
In August 2012, 3mc was appointed as the preferred mortgage partner for the RLA and in April 2020 3mc was selected to operate the NRLA Mortgages brand when the RLA and NLA merged.
We provide an advice service to members; our broker fees are cheaper and reduced by £200 for members when compared to our standard broker fees.
To date, we have processed more than £1 Billion in mortgage applications for members.
In June 2020 we launched a new member online portal assisting members to process their applications.
