Come and join us for an action-packed evening at this live event with Liverpool Council who have agreed to a joint NRLA Liverpool Council landlord forum. Two civil servants from the Department for Levelling Up will be presenting the new rental reforms paper with a Q&A session , also an update on the council’s recently implemented selective licensing scheme and their updated enforcement policy for HMOs which primarily focuses on fire safety following a significant change in their policy and which they want to communicate to landlords.
