Join the West Kent Local Authorities and the NRLA in a roundup of the latest news and views on key topics affecting the PRS . This is a free event , open to all.

Representatives from the Local Authorities, Tonbridge and Malling, Sevenoaks, and Tunbridge Wells welcome landlords to a Face to Face event. A chance to network, once again, with fellow landlords and agents.

Speakers will include a comprehensive talk on Damp and Mould in rental properties and ways to minimise it together with an update on recent legislative changes affecting private landlords.

• It is important to register for the event to help with catering arrangements and to speed up admission on the evening.
• There is free car parking at the rear of the building . Enter through Reception for access to the Council Chamber.
