Michael Hill jointed TDS in early 2015 within our dispute resolution team.  Michael worked as a Dispute Resolution Executive before a two-year period as an adjudicator.  Michael has also worked as an Operations Manager overseeing the TDS/Zero Deposit Claims process before moving into his current role as Asst Head of Innovation focused on developing new products and services, and collaborating with other organisations in the industry.
