After the Christmas break, we are delighted to be hosting the first monthly Yorkshire & The Humber regional meeting for 2024 with local reps, Ruth Millington and Lesley Wilkinson, and special guest Nicholas Barnard of Utilita.

In this month's regional webinar, local reps Ruth Millington and Lesley Wilkinson, will present the latest legislative update, and all you need to know as a landlord, followed by a question and answers session.    

Joining them will be Utilita's* Nicholas Barnard, the business development manager​ for Yorkshire and the Humber region. With energy prices higher than ever, Nicholas will be discussing how Utilitia can help both tenants and landlords, the schemes and services they offer, and the innovative products they have.
