James Hooker from the Welsh Government provides an overview of the broader housing strategy and its impact on the private rented sector. 

1640 – 17.10 – PRS in Wales & NRLA Campaigning with Ben Beadle, CEO, NRLA

Ben Beadle delves into the specifics of the private rented sector in Wales, alongside NRLA’s efforts in advocating for landlords. Bringing the latest data from the NRLA’s Research Observatory, Ben will give key insights into the real impact of the surge of legislative change and challenge in Wales, and how landlords are reacting to it.
