James Hooker from the Welsh Government provides an overview of the broader housing strategy and its impact on the private rented sector. 

1640 – 17.10 – PRS in Wales & NRLA Campaigning with Ben Beadle, CEO, NRLA

Ben Beadle delves into the specifics of the private rented sector in Wales, alongside NRLA’s efforts in advocating for landlords.
