NRLA Wales Hustings 2021

With the Senedd Cymru/Welsh Parliament election around the corner, NRLA Wales is hosting a hustings for the parties to put forward their policies on the private rented sector. This is an interactive event where the audience will be able to put their questions to the panel.

With housing being devolved to the Senedd, there'll be plenty to cover from possession reform to Rent Smart Wales and empty homes to Land Transaction Tax. This is all in addition to how the coronavirus pandemic and government actions have affected landlords and tenants.

Joining our chair for the evening, NRLA Chief Executive Ben Beadle, are Mike Hedges MS (Welsh Labour), Mark Isherwood (Welsh Conservative), Cllr Cefin Campbell (Plaid Cymru), and Cllr Rodney Berman (Welsh Liberal Democrats).
