Ruth Millington - Yorkshire & The Humber Region
A solicitor qualified in England and Wales, Ruth has spent over twenty years within the financial services sector, both in private practice and in-house within major international banks in both London and Sydney, specialising in complex financial transactions, regulatory matters and private wealth management. She’s experienced in landlord and tenant issues, in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Based these days in Sheffield, she left the law so that she could concentrate on property which she is passionate about. She has over 15 years’ experience as a landlord, and owns a small portfolio of properties in London and the north of England including recently branching out into holiday lets, which she self-manages. Ruth is also a travel and memoir writer (her other passion) and is often gallivanting off to far flung destinations between her NRLA work.
Ruth covers the entire Yorkshire region including The Humber.
