Yes! If you're a landlord, letting agent, or property manager in England and Wales, the NRLA has a wealth of resources and guidance to support you. Can I join if I'm new to the industry?

Of course! We understand the challenges of becoming a landlord, and we're here to help you succeed. The NRLA offers a range of resources specifically designed for new landlords, including guides, training courses, and expert advice that will put you on the right track.

What are the membership costs?

We offer two membership options: Landlord Membership: This option is ideal for individual landlords and costs £125 per year. Business Membership: You can add up to four staff members and get access to a business support helpline for advice on employment law, human resources, payroll and more for £250 per year.

How long is the membership commitment?

We offer an annual membership, which is renewable on a yearly basis.

Can I get advice through the NRLA?

What is the cancellation policy?
