Hello, Can any one tell me how the TUXEDO account works for a housing benifit tenant to make payment of their rent and which is then transferred to the landlords account. Apparently by collecting your housing benifit rent this way you can make sure that the rent is paid direct to you (via the TUX A/C) It also means that the HB can not ask the landlord to repay overpayments of rent.
