Widespread Selective Licensing Proposed for County Durham

Hi

I have property in County Durham and would like to know if other members are concerned by the councils recent proposals (as presented to the accredited landlords group)to impose much more widespread licensing, over 20% up to 100% or the county. The timetable suggested the formal consultation will start in September, but by then "cost justifications" will have been drawn up.

Or have you not heard about it?
