Hi RLA

I have a tenant with a guarantor and they have both fallen out and now not talking to each other.
The guarantor has contacted me and tells me that as she and my tenant are no longer on speaking terms. She no longer wants to be my tenants guarantor.
Where do I now stand with my tenant and my guarantor?
