Hi,

We have a prospective tenant who would like to use ukguarantor.com to provide a guarantor. The reason for the guarantor is that the tenants are a couple, one in full time work and one a student. The guarantor is therefore required for the student.

My first question is what information do we need to ensure we get from the Guarantor company?

My Second question is what changes/additions/wording do we need to add to our Tenancy Agreement?

Any further information regarding guarantors would also be appreciated.

Many thanks,
Anna
