I am in the process of claiming £3k from a tenant's guarantor.

He has a solicitor representing him. I have sued several guarantors but never one with a solicitor. Am I right to worry that I might have to pay the solicitor's bill if I lose?

I have claimed against 6-7 guarantors over the years. I have lost one, where the hearing went against me. I see this one as quite straightforward but the solicitor is unnerving me. The solicitor is a well regarded property specialist...
