For the life of me I can’t unders HMRCs CGT calculator! Bought a house in 2001 for £25000, lived in it until 2006 when it was valued at £140000 and now want sell it - still valued at £140,000(!). Thought it would be easy enough to work out the CGT but can’t do it! Anybody...?
