Hi,
I am on the process to add a second property to my portfolio.

I am not really happy with the service provided by my solicitor. The last thing is that I told her the first time that I spoke to her that I was about to receive some money from my parents (within the EU).
She has just requested me that my family need to go to a lawyer in the other country to certify the identity and anti-money laundering. I understand that but I am not happy because she is asking for this document only 8 days before the completion date when she had 3 months already. This will delay the process or make the seller put off. This could take around the weeks.

is any way I can complaint about the service provided?
My level the stress and anxiety are high at the moment.
