Hi
I read somewhere that if letting an HMO as separate rooms - each with an AST - it may be advisable to register each room at Rent Smart Wales - otherwise it may not be possible to serve a Section 21.
Can you advise if this is so, and if so, under what circumstances?
I have an HMO that is normally let to students, and its easier to provide each with a separate AST as they come and go at different dates and times.
