Dear Forum.

First of all, I wish everyone a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Secondly, would someone clarify for me which remortgage expenses (if any) may be set against property rental income to reduce tax liability?

Eg:
Broker fees?
Mortgage product fees?
Survey fees?
Conveyancing costs?
Bank charges for transfers?
Early repayment charge?

Thank you for your assistance.
