I have a student tenant from the EU who will be renting from me in Sept. she says she has a close friend who can be her UK guarantor. As it’s not a parent, I would like to carry out a check on the guarantor to make sure it’s not just a fellow student or someone dodgy. Can anyone advise a good easy to use service where I can get credit checks/personal info checks?
