I sent a message to Southwark council to transfer the liability of council taxes to my new tenants (2). I have not received any clear statement that that has been done. The request was made 18 Feb and the next payment is due 31 March. I can't find a phone number on Southwark's website, even when I am logged into their site.

What should I do?
