Relocating abroad- Tax implications?

Morning!
We are considering moving abroad.
The properties we own are mortgage free & rented out.
We operate as sole trader/partnership

Q1- would we continue to have to pay tax in UK on the properties?
Q2- if yes- what are the advantages of creating a Limited company
Q3- I am aware of the TaxCafe, but are there any other specialist centers for landlord financial questions/books/resources
