Can Landlords Charge Tenants the £13.20 TDS Fee?

Hi,

I don't charge administration fees for preparing AST contracts and Guarantor documents but I do clearly advertise I charge £13.20 for protecting the deposit which in my view is a legitimate charge.

Is this in order or do I have to stop making this charge?
