Hi there, I'm new to being a landlord was wondering how you go about choosing a letting agency to fully manage your property? I don't want to go for any 'chain' agencies judging by how I was treated by a few of those when I was looking for a house myself, so just wondering what are the things you look for and what are the sort of fees you should expect in Birmingham (if anyone knows).
