Hi,

Tenant gave notice to end tenancy from date not aligned to Tenancy start or Rent date
Am trying to arrange viewings, tenant says only do weekends after 12noon

Quick questions hopefully;

Is tenant's notice valid if it does not fall on date of tenancy start date of rent due dates? (Rolling contract)
Can they legally refuse viewings, which makes it difficult to find new tenants

I would be grateful if someone could advice taking into account any recent changes to legislation (due to COVID-19).
