Hi
I have a property managed by an "Agent" where I have not received rent payments for 5 months. He has produced a Tenancy Agreement showing the tenant's name. But it appears that no one has actually been living in this property. Is it possible he could have been collecting U.C payments and keeping them for himself? And what should be my next step in recovering the missing rent? We have know got the keys back for this property btw.
