Dear Team,
not sure you can advise on a very distressing matter. We are expecting deposit and rental monies for a new tenancy. The Estate agent however is not paying us and isn't responding in a timely fashion. What recourse if any do we have. I have Landlord insurance but just wanted to see if there was any advise you could give me so I can email them to try and resolve by stating some legal facts.

Kind regards,
Sameera
