Good morning everyone

I am trying to complete the DPS recommended Prescribed Information form. I find one part a mystery and could any kind person help me out?
Page 1 self explanatory.
Page 2. Same.

Page 3. It asks you to "insert relevant clauses from your tenancy agreement". Do you have to do all of it? Or Can I just list the clauses please?
