Hi
I am wondering whether it's worth claiming rent arrears of £2,100 and £500 damnage.
I took the tenant to court to gain possesion order under S21 and succeeded
She left without supplying a forwarding address.
The only address I have is one she supplied for her daughter when originally moving in, she does not work so there is no employer address. She was being assisted by the local housing association, so I assume they found her a new property somewhere locally. I'm assumimng it's essential to locate her wherabouts before making a claim, or would it be feasible to use her daughters address ?
Thanks
Ian
