Enjoying it folks! The idiots of Newham have been waiting to learn if their application for the borough wide licensing scheme will be approved by the central government (Sajid Javid - Communities Secretary). The reason for the delay in approval is that they have applied to widen the existing scheme to encompass the whole of the borough. The central goverment thinks, such schemes do not reward the good landlords. Well I know this to be true! They intentionally victimised me despite knowing that I am an accredited landlord. The current licence runs out at the end of December this year.
