I am looking at buying a flat in a tower block that is likely to be demolished. If the scheme does not go ahead then there will probably be regeneration scheme. So I see it as win -win...

My one and only experience of compulsory purchase was very positive. I bought a house for £35k and received £65k after just 3 years. It was taken in a Pathfinder scheme in 2008.

Any one else had it? Any thoughts?
