Auction House for two flats, Peterborough

I am looking to sell two self contained flats in a market town near Peterborough. They are for sale as one unit only and are both tenanted by working people.
Currently returning £10,000 per year in rent.
Asking price circa £170,000 - 6%.
Does anyone have any recommendations for an auction house that specialises in this type of property.
