Hi I have a guarantor that would like clarification on a guarantors liability on a joint tenancy. Our advice is that the liability of the tenant is extended to the guarantor therefore if the tenant is a joint one then the guarantor may be liable for all the tenants on the agreement. Please confirm this is the case.
