Hi, i have 2 interested tenants (students) that they don't have a guarantor and they wish to use housing hand to act as a guarantor. I have never used this company before. Would housing hand pay rent arrears in a straight-forward and hassle free manner? Or would they try to get out of it especially this time around with Covid 19 uncertainties? I have another 2 interested tenants ( also students) and they both have guarantors who are homeowners. I keep wondering which one would be the safest choice. I would appreciate any advice.

Thank you
