Hello
I have a HMO which I am managing myself, and have used an independent letting agent. He has found 2 tenants and has taken his fees from the first months pay. However he has not forwarded the tenancy agreements, TDS forms, references, credit checks and inventories. I have a feeling he has not done them. I have asked him many times to forward these to me and had also arranged a meeting but he cancelled.

Please can you advise as to what action I should take.
