I have great difficulty in accessing my Deposit Guard account. Previous to the merger I could do it seamlessly through my RLA portal. Now I have to log in with a membership number which I have never been issued with and a password. I have tried using my NRLA number and password to no avail. This is rather frustrating as I wish to remove three tenants who have left and register a new one.
