Hi All,

I have a property on a fully managed basis.

Part of the contract was for the agent to carry out quarterly inspections. I haven’t received one for a year. Upon my request to see the reports they say they can’t find them. To me this seems like they haven’t been carried out, I certainly haven’t received one.

On this basis I requested a return of a portion of my management charge, they refused.

Am I being unreasonable?, what would be the next steps ?
