hi,

I have been asked by hmo officer to provide BS5839 Fire Safety Test Certificate.

I am a little confused what exactly this is and how long is it valid for.

I have enquired to various companies on getting one only to be given conflicting information.

Please can any shade some light on what is need.

The house is 3 bed 2 storey property with 2 wired smoke alarms
