Satisfaction of right to rent and referencing

I have a new potential tenant who has just sent me this email:
I have one last question, we have been here in London for about a year and we had come here to stay just as a tourist as were the first three months but I have a folder of documents in Italy more precisely in Penne which was where my cousin did all of her documents and we share from the same folder. However, as soon as we arrived my husband was admitted to Croydon University hospital for a long time and soon afterwards he had the pandemic and we had no way to return. And I'm waiting for the Italian consoles to release it so I can finish my process. So we still have the Brazilian passport.

And because my husband and I liked the apartment a lot and we needed to move because where we live it is just a small room and very dangerous. A few days ago our neighbor's house's motorcycle was stolen. That is why we would love to have our corner of rest and peace. We have references from my land lord the same house we live in that attends the church we attend, and we have bank statements that we pay every week without delay. And I also have my cousin who lives here in London and already has all the documents because she came a few years before we came here.
