Hello Colleagues
Just asking if anyone has a ready to move-into 2 bed property near to M602/tram stop in Eccles M/cr 30. Looking to buy in next month or so, cash sale, no chain. Straightforward sincere guy & missus. Know this professional couple well,their word is their bond. I promised to ask on the site before they turn to an Estate Agent next Weds to find a modest property for them. Budget is about £95k They need a speedy completion date for work-related reasons. Thanks for reading.
