I have inherited a row of 4 terraced properties which are in a very poor state of repair and have had very little work done on them for many years! Two of the tenants are on protected tenancies as have lived in the properties for over 60!! Is there any way of getting these tenants out and renovating the properties up to standard? The current rent is Â£40 a week for a two bed terraced house with a sizable garden! Any help will be gratefully received. Thank you
