Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hello, I have a rental property in Monmouthshire, Wales. In January I was awarded possession (due to arrears), but the tenant failed to vacate. I applied to the court on 5th March for a warrant of possession (N325).

On 5th May I received an interim return on warrant which informed me that "the bailiff is currently unable to execute the warrant".

Do I need to do anything to recommence action on or before 24th August?

Although probably pointless will the debt sum increase for the period of delay?
