My ex tenant left owing £2500+. I wrote to the guarantor at his home and his work. The letter to his home was returned "no longer at address". But, he owns a company and his picture appears on his website so I know he is contactable. He won't respond to requests to pay the debt or his current address.
Can I take him to the small claims court not knowing his home address, only his company address.
