Using the NRLA Tenant Referencing service

Hello - I'm trying to use your Tenant Referencing service...but it appears to direct me to a separate website (the old NLA website?) and require me to create a new account with the NLA, despite the NRLA pages saying that NRLA members get a discount.

Am I missing something here? Surely I shouldn't need to create a separate account if it's your own service? How do I make sure I get the discount for being an NRLA member?
