Hi,
every year my electrician does the FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM and every five years the ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT.
Does the law require that at the end of every tenancy the electrician checks the flat electrics even if the above certificates have not expired?

Same for the gas engineer?
