The people renting our house were put on a 3 month contract as they wanted to leave 31st Aug. I have today messagd to find out what time they are leaving on Monday and they have informed me that one of the tenants (who doesnt speak english) thinks he is staying in the house on his own and his daughter will come and join him. Where does this leave me and what do i do on Monday when i am due to collect the keys
